• Registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel the event if necessary, in which case all registration fees will be refunded.
• Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings during the event.
• We encourage a respectful and supportive environment. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your image in promotional materials.
